Screws (TUP GEAR) – The term “Screws” is the nickname used to refer to the officers of the TUP Gaming Enthusiasts Association Ring (TUP GEAR). Just like screws in machinery, they are the essential parts that hold the organization together—ensuring stability, guiding direction, and keeping all the moving parts of the group working in harmony.
